Associate Membership
Associate Membership allows eligible members of the wider LMH community to participate in MCR life, attend events, receive MCR communications, and access selected MCR facilities, subject to College and MCR regulations.
Who is Associate Membership for?
Associate Membership may be available to members of the wider LMH community who are not automatically members of the MCR. This can include visiting students, partners of current members, associates, and others approved through the MCR and College process.
Benefits
Associate Members are able to participate in many aspects of MCR life, including social and welfare events, MCR communications, and access to the MCR common room once the application process has been completed.
Membership Fees
Associate Membership currently costs £20 per term or £40 for the full academic year.
How to Apply
Prospective Associate Members should contact the MCR Secretary at secretary-mcr@lmh.ox.ac.uk . The Secretary will provide information about the application process, membership fees, and any required documentation.
College Access
Associate Members may be issued with a College access fob following completion of the application process. A refundable deposit may be required by the College. Further details will be provided as part of the application process.
Dining and Formal Hall
Associate Members may register a Bod card for dining in Hall and may attend Formal Hall when booked in accordance with College regulations. Information on dining and bookings will be provided once membership has been approved.
